College has constituted a disciplinary committee to ensure discipline in hostel and resolve any matter related to in disciplinary action performed by any hostel inmate. The members of committee are:

1. Organization of Hostel Rooms
Our main facility of Hostel, where 11 rooms are available. This is G+1 floor building with 8 bathrooms and 8 toilets.
Games: We are also having a large space for outdoor games on nearby of the hostel building. We have both indoor and outdoor games facilities including badminton, table tennis, chess and carom board.
Reading hall: We have 24 x7 facility of reading hall to enhance the scholarly environment.
Mess Hall: We have very good dining hall for students that serve nutritious and delicious food along with an interactive environment and Television facility for entertainment.
Warden residence: Warden Residence is physically associated with the hostel building so that Warden can have an eye of student activities. Secondly, it also has a window to watch students.

iv. Common recreation, 4 daily news papers, 4 weekly and 4 monthly magazines, indoor games such as chess and carom, rest room, LCD-TV with DTH is available.
v. Excellent kitchen orderly, neat and with dining hall with appropriate crockery for running Mess food facilities ensuring that the served food is healthy, nutritious, hygienic and satisfies guests of diverse cultures and locations.

14. Best Practice Followed in Hostel
Best practices practiced by students of L.G.B Girls’ College hostel are maintaining flower garden, kitchen garden and celebrating each and every festival and event in the hostel campus regularly.
i. Yoga, Physical
ii. Gym
iii. One-to-one meetings and interactions is a dedicated space for hostel warden and students to discuss performance, personal development and feedback.
iv. Physical Exercise: In the hostel of L.G.B Girls’ College all the students get a house like environment to participate in different activities of physical exercise. In the morning assembly from 4:45 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. the students attend classes of yoga, physical exercise and gym. The Warden of the hostel trains, all the students, enthusiastically by participating with them actively.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR GIRLS HOSTEL

ALL THE STUDENTS WHO ARE STAYING IN THE HOSTEL ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE HOSTEL

1. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found guilty of directly/indirectly involved or abetting in ragging she will be punished/rusticated/ expelled/suspended from the institute.

2. A student seeking admission to the hostel shall have to submit an affidavit along with her application for hostel accommodation that she is aware of the ragging law in this regard and agrees to abide by the punishment meted out if she is found guilty of ragging and/or abetting ragging.

3. Hostel rooms are equipped with furniture and fittings of appliances. Student occupying the room will be responsible to hand over the items in their original serviceable condition to hostel authorities while leaving the rooms on close of the academic session.

4. The boarders are personally responsible to safeguard their belongings. They are advised not to keep large amounts of cash or valuables in their rooms. They should also take care of their personal belongings. In case of theft or loss of any item the hostel authorities/institute will not be responsible for such loss.

5. The boarders are neither allowed to keep private electrical equipment nor would tamper with electrical fittings provided in rooms. Unauthorized possession will lead to confiscation of the goods.

6. It is mandatory for students residing in the Hostel to join the mess attached to the hostel.
